I’ve posted this before, but thought it was important to post again because of all the noise parade posters that have popped up on campus. Noize Parade has some actual meaning behind and started out as something important rather than the shit show it is now. I’m fairly certain that even the people who currently organize it don’t know the history behind it.
Chris Lydgate is an alumnus of Reed, editor of Reed Magazine, and general encyclopedia of knowledge/ubermensch. He is amazing, and so is the story of Noize Parade.
